THE CALIFORNIA CLOSETS MAGAZINE
A cinematographer requires both technical skills and an artistic eye. The expressive results of creative lighting set the desired mood and heighten the emotional moments.
THE DESIGN CHALLENGE: Chang’s extensive wardrobe—including signature purple button-down shirts, staple sneakers, and a watch collection to rival Ray Donovan's—required serious space.
THE MUST-HAVE: A movie-star-worthy aesthetic.
THE RESULT: Bachelor pad perfection lit with a Hollywood glow. By incorporating LED lighting throughout, including above clothes and shoes and behind back panels, the closet maximizes function—and dramatic visual impact.
PLUS: Cappuccino-brown walls, gray acrylic doors, lush charcoal carpet, and lustrous brushed nickel hardware mix textures and rich colors for a modern, masculine mood.
BONUS: Illuminated glass shelves behind glass doors provide a showcase for his watch collection.
